Time management

 

Recording project time. You can use the stopwatches in UserTime to keep track of the time you spend on a project. Just enter a descriptive name for the project as the stopwatch name and start and stop the stopwatch as required.
Reviewing project efficiency. The active timer on each stopwatch indicated the actual time you have been active while the stopwatch is running. 

Monitoring computer time

In many work environments employees are required to share computers. UserTime is a useful tool for keeping track of computer sharing.

Allocating shared time.  If your employees are required to share a computer you can configure UserTime to Keep track of the time different employees spend on the computer. You can use the logs and graphs produced by UserTime to help allocate time to various employees.

Productivity

UserTime can be an effective tool for increasing productivity in the workplace.

 

Monitoring productivity.  If you set the "inactive delay" time to a low value then UserTime will record the active time vs. idle time on the computer. This is useful tool for personal motivation. The results from UserTime can be a great help when analysing time and motion and working on efficiency.
